I always go to The Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at the Natural History Museum and this year this photo captured a mixture of feelings.  I contributed to a symposium on Migration at De Montfort University.  I really enjoyed the Open Studios in Forest Hill this year. I had seen this stag made of coat hangers by David Mach, at the RA Summer Exhibition last year.    The DMU Foundation show is always amazing. I  like symmetric repetition so this attracted me. And these ink drawings.  We did an exhibition in Coventry Library of last years Kushinga Gardens images for the Positive Images festival.  And one in Leicester at Friars Mill for DMU Refugee Week.  I am always inspired by the Summer Exhibition and no less this year.  Banksy put in an entry for the Summer Exhibition which was rejected and then was invited to submit something!
